OHSAFROTEQ: AFMS Group Expands Occupational Health & Safety Offering
Ensuring the safety and well-being of its pupils, staff and visitors by warranting that all school buildings and facilities comply with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and applicable regulation, is one of the most important elements of any school’s risk management strategy. Following the announcement made by Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga last week that Grade 7 and Matric pupils will be returning to school on 1 June 2020, this has become of even greater importance as schools now also need to consider the health and well-being of surrounding neighbourhoods and communities.
