Xolisa Fumba

(Executive Director)

PrCPM, PrTech Eng, AFP

Xolisa Fumba is a registered Professional with ECSA (Pr.TechEng), SACPCMP (Pr.CPM) and SAFMA as an Accredited Facilities Professional (AFP) with more than 15 years of experience in Infrastructure, Project, and Contract management.

His expertise extends across multidisciplinary projects in the Built Environment, including strategic business projects. These experiences have sharpened his expertise in navigating contractual relationships and successfully implementing the project management lifecycle.

Sanett Uys

(Head of Advisory)

MBA, MRICS, SAEEC

Sanett has many years’ experience and an extensive background in various sectors of the property industry, including management, leasing, due diligence, valuations, economics and research. Sanett’s main area of expertise is asset management and all aspects of property research and explores the relationship between unlocking property values and implementing basic property fundamentals.

Sanett believes that property fundamentals and research-led decision-making are key to bridging the gap between landlords’ and tenants’ expectations and that there is an opportunity for small-town sustainability, development and revitalisation of South African CBDs.

Robert Palmer

(Head of Professional Services)

Pr(QS) Dipl(QAM) PMAQS MRICS ICEC MPMI(SA)

Robert is a professional member of the Association of Quantity Surveyors, professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, member of the South Africa Council of Quantity Surveyors, accredited by the International Cost Engineering Council and a member of the Project Management Institute with more than 20 years of experience.

He specialises in managing professional built environment projects. This includes quantity surveying, project management, planning, engineering, commercial and consultancy.

Robert regularly assists with high level project controls and financial audits, is also an expert witness in the high court and serves as an approved Western Cape supervisor, mentor and assessor for quantity surveying candidates’ professional competence.

Pieter Vlok

(Acting Head of Strategic Facilities Projects)

Pr CPM, B.Sc HONS (Construction Management)

Pieter is professionally registered at the SACPCMP (Pr. CPM). He has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction and project environment and is familiar with project processes on both the client and contractor sides.

Pieter is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of client capital projects. He also spearheads the creation and implementation of strategic plans for the Special Facilities Projects division.

His extensive expertise in the development, project and contract management roles on multidisciplinary projects makes him knowledgeable for all construction, property and facilities projects and managing the project management stages with confidence.

Seipati Leboko

(Head of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment)

SACPCMP, SAIOSH, ACHASM

Seipati is a registered Construction Health and Safety Manager (SACPCMP) Can CHSA (SACPCMP) registered Graduate Member (SAIOSH) and Can CHS Professional (ACHASM) registered.

She has worked extensively in various fields, including electrical engineering in substations, construction, warehousing and consulting, gaining valuable insights and developing an impressive skill set.

Her expertise is designing comprehensive Health and Safety Strategies, Management Plans, and Systems. She ensures their successful implementation at all levels, confidently guiding management on adaptive approaches to incorporate OHS&E, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and industry standards.

Natasja Ware

(Head of Afroteq Academy)

As the Head of the Afroteq Academy, she is responsible for the overall business, marketing and operational management of Afroteq’s training programmes and qualifications.
