Course Approach

Practice before You Preach

In line with the South African skills development act, Afroteq's course approach and material is "outcomes based". Additionally, the manner in which the material is presented provides opportunities to learn skills and then practice them in the safety of the classroom.

Job Performance

After exposure to each section, course participants can expect to have achieved a level of understanding that will influence the way in which they perform their job to ensure an improved outcome.

Business Case Simulations

There is no better way to learn than by example. As a result, the entire course is reinforced by way of a business case simulation whereby the techniques are illustrated through the very activities that the learner is involved with during the simulation exercises.

Continuous Improvement

The Afroteq Academy is based on a business model that requires continuous improvement for it to be sustainable. Learner feedback is elicited at the end of the course and used to improve the course content, material and approach for future learners.
