Errol is a Technical Manager with 27 years’ experience managing the technical aspects of various medical and corporate facilities. He is currently employed as a Technical Manager at a national key point site where he is responsible for all aspects of all technical maintenance on the 20 buildings that the facility is comprised of.
He was previously in charge of a multi-million rand healthcare contract in the Eastern Cape where was responsible for the day-to-day technical maintenance of medical equipment, as well as the facilities themselves. He also headed up the team that performed Conditions Audits throughout the medical facilities in the Eastern Cape.
Errol’s practical approach to technical maintenance enables him to relate to issues on considered and tangible levels. He teaches learners the practical approach to solving technical maintenance issues, while aligning the training and results thereof to a corporate standard.

Nazette is currently the Head of Operations, for a leading bus passenger management company. Her business experience encompasses a vast range of operations, people and event management.
Nazette is a registered Constituent Assessor and Moderator with CATHSETA and SSETA. With over 20 years’
pragmatic experience in the events management industry ranging from; community events to high profile gala events, festivals, promotions, company launches, conference and more recently her management of transportation at COCT events, held at Greenpoint stadium.
Nazette has a distinct hands on manner of facilitation which is focussed on ensuring delegates are equipped with the practical skills required to manage and co-ordinate the risks associated with event planning. Post-training support is provided through the online training portal, with access to the facilitator discussion forums.

Sjaneen currently consults to Afroteq Advisory and is responsible for the development of sales and business specialised services which include; project and programme management, space planning and design, training and professional services.
Sjaneen has more than 15 years’ experience in the Facilities Management and Project Management environments, where she has successfully managed numerous high-value, high-impact, business-critical projects.
Sjaneen has been the Lead Facilitator on the Project Management Facilities Managers since 2004 and ensures that all delegates who attend her training, leave feeling satisfied and enriched. This enables them to apply their newly gained knowledge to their working environment.

Wesley was awarded the prestigious SAFMA Young Achiever Award in 2016, in addition, the contract that he managed during this period won the Certificate of Achievement: Excellence in FM.

Maja has 20 years hands-on experience in the Facilities Management and Human Resources industry, which includes holding her position in the Afroteq Academy management team as well as facilitating various programmes for many years and providing valuable insight and input into course content. Maja has therefore had a large impact the training programmes being delivered by experienced facilities practitioners and skilled presenters.
Maja is an accredited South African Facilities Management Association (SAFMA) Facilities ManagementProfessional and a SSETA registered facilitator and moderator. She has served as chairperson of the board of the Cape Town Chapter in 2004/5 and 2009/10 and currently serves on the board as Director and Treasurer.

25 years of experience in managing and directing facilities management operations means she brings with her a wealth of practical know-how, as well as sought after skills in procurement, service level agreements, strategic service integration and management techniques.
